AGM Update

The club AGM was held in the clubhouse on the evening of 21st April 2022 and followed the agenda previously published.
Thanks to all those who attended.
In reviewing the past year, thanks were given to all the volunteers who help to run the club, reports were provided from the various individual sections, club championship winners were announced and the treasurer's report was presented and approved - the club is in a healthy financial position.
Looking ahead, the revised 5 year business plan was discussed including forecasts of income and likely expenditure required to maintain and enhance the club's facilities (both playing and clubhouse).
Those present voted on the Padel tennis resolution that was included in the agenda and the pre-circulated material. (The vote included previously registered 'postal' votes and proxy votes). The resolution was passed, providing the committee with the go ahead to move to the next stage - to investigate the required planning permissions.
The meeting closed confirming the election of the new committee.
